I'm Sara McKenna, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with 26 years in emergency medicine, a Master's in Integrative & Functional Nutrition and a BS in Exercise Science. I'm also an endurance athlete who got tired of choosing between performance and longevity. Now I help athletes and high performers optimize their metabolism so you don't have to sacrifice one for the other.
